Online support by pcvisit (remote maintenance)

You can download the pcvisit guest module here. This program is required for IT support by MATESO GmbH. Once it is launched, it allows our support team to access your PC and so to assist you in resolving problems. There is no need to install pcvisit, you simply need to double-click on it to start it when you need to use it. Access to your computer is possible only when the program is running and even then only for people you have authorized in the particular case.
