Quick access

Use the comfortable and intelligent quick access to have your data available at any time

Via the quick access toolbar you can access data quickly and easily without Password Safe being in the forefront. The quick access toolbar is available in two variations. One variation acts independently from the folders and shows all forms of data at a glance. The second variation offers a larger functional range. Drag&Drop helps in the transfer of data to other software for example browser logins or applications. This function enables you to login easily and quickly.

Quick access

With the normal quick access you can search for the description in the form with a search key. All datasets which contain this search key are listed. So you can have quick access to the contents of a password or TAN records.

Quick access bar

Via the quick access bar you have direct access to your data without the main window of Password Safe having to be in the front. If a dataset is selected all functions which you can use in the password list are available. Also Drag&Drop is possible directly in the input field via the icons in the front.

Intelligent automatic search

Both quick access versions can be set up in a way that a record is selected automatically, if for example a related website or application is opened. So you have immediate access to the required data without having to search for them first.

The quick access is available from the Standard Edition on. The product comparison offers an overview of all functions of the different editions. Click on the tab “all features” in the product comparison to see all program features.
