Create own entry masks due to the adaptable data stucture

Password Safe offers a dynamic adaptable data structure. Via forms the entry masks can be customized to the needs of the company and its workflow. Authorized persons can quickly and easily add new fields. The comfortable adding of data via predefined forms supports the employees in their daily work and increase the efficiency. Also notes and plausibility can be added to a from field.

Customizable entry masks

New fields can be added easily and comfortably. Many functions, like a description field or plausibility fields (incl. regular expressions), are available. Existing records will be extended on change automatically. Due to the comfortable assistant new forms can also be created quickly and with only a few steps.

Information on input fields

You can display information, warnings, and much more other helpful message for every field. These messages can also be differentiated in terms of colour and cons. Plausibilities are possible as well, so that the record can only be saved if the new dataset has passed the plausibilities.

Plausibilities and password guidelines can be used easily. Via regular expressions it is possible to define own field masks. So a correct entry of an e-mail address or an IP address for example can be enforced.

Forms are available from the Personal Edition on. From the Standard Edition on you can create new forms and change existing forms.
