Document administration

Any files and documents can be saved securely in the database. The use case scenario goes from text files to office documents, license files, small application or also certificates. If a document is edited it will be automatically recognized by Password Safe and can be updated in the database. The documents are also versioned so that you can always access a former level. Documents can be linked with related passwords and are therefore always available relevant to topic. Of course the documents are as well liable to the authorization structure and can only be released for authorized users and groups.

License administration easy and safe

The administration of licenses has never been so easy. Set for example an expiration date for annual licenses. Just add license file, certificates etc. to the record. Save or open license annexes with only one click.

Store applications and start them easily

The document administration can also be used as an AppLauncher. Just load applications, like for example Putty in the database and execute the applications with parameters. That way you can also automate a login. Another advantage is that you can carry applications with you if you are for example on the way with a USB stick.
