Licensing

For private users:
One licence must be acquired for each private computer/user.

For students:
Schoolchildren and students receive a 20% discount. One licence must be acquired for each private computer/user. Hardware (USB sticks, Smartcards, etc.), updates and upgrades and the Personal Edition are excluded from discounting. Please contact shop@passwordsafe.de by e-mail to get your credit code. You will then be able to enter this during the ordering process. Please also send us a copy (e.g. PDF, scan or fax +49 821 747787-11) of your school pupil's or student's identity card, or a confirmation from the school at the same time.

For companies and organizations:
One licence must be acquired for each computer/user. Naturally, you will receive a VAT invoice. Companies and organizations may also order against subsequent invoice. In this event, however, the order must be submitted by fax to +49 821 747787-11.

For schools and universities:
Schools and universities receive a 20% discount on the total price of the licences. One licence must be acquired for each computer/user. Hardware (USB sticks, Smartcards, etc.), updates and upgrades and the Personal Edition are excluded from discounting. Please contact shop@passwordsafe.de by e-mail to get your credit code. You will then be able to enter this during the ordering process. Schools and universities also have the option of ordering against invoice. In this event, however, the order must be submitted by fax on the school's/university's headed paper to +49 821 747787-11.

Software Maintenance and Support:
Unless otherwise is ordered, each Edition containing software maintenance and support "bronze". More info can be found here.
